Concept and Architectural Design

We try to understand the special requirements, design line and budget that will steer the course of design at the meetings with our customers. We begin our drafts with site plan or floor plans and then we develop the exterior design in order to add character and style to the building.

Material Consultancy

After the concept design, we go through alternatives for materials to be used for interior and exterior design within the budget of our customer. In line with our knowledge and experience, we try to offer quality materials that will not cause trouble in the long run while sticking to the budget.

Virtual Presentation & Visualization

In line with the prepared architectural concept and chosen materials, the spaces within the scope of the project are visualized via software utilizing today’s technology and then the customers are given a virtual tour of the space via virtual reality equipment in addition to two and three dimensional visuals. So, we will be able to see all spaces furnished with chosen materials before obtaining the customer’s approval.

shop Drawings

Following the visuals and graphics prepared by our experienced architectural team specializing on quality and ergonomic designs for our projects, we begin to prepare shop drawings. Coordinated and detailed shop drawings are prepared in accordance with the latest standards and best industrial practices. These drawings include all information required for laborers to be able to carry out all the works correctly and in time. In addition, these drawings help solving any problems regarding construction coordination and minimize the efforts for correcting any mistakes in the implementation process.
